It is useful in assessing compression magnitude and distribution, and the film aids in quality control by validating and calibrating sealing die pressure, as well as revealing weak spots, channels and wrinkles at the sealing surface. Furthermore, it is widely used to verify and record pressure distribution during equipment set-up, preventive maintenance and product changeover.
