Organic Valley, LaFarge Wis.-Sonny Luehrmann joins the sales team as regional mgr. in the Midwest region. Luehrmann brings more than 17 years experience in the grocery business. He spent the last seven at Tree of Life Midwest in various positions.

Dahlke
Fogg Filler Co., Holland, Mich.-James Dahlke joins as president. Dahlke brings more than 30 years of experience in leading diverse manufacturing companies. He was most recently v.p. AD Group Executive for the Pump Products Group of IDEX Corporation. Dahlke has also served as president of several prominent corporations, including Waukesha Cherry Burrell, Delavan, Wis. Mike Fogg remains chairman and CEO.

Fristam Pumps, Middleton, Wis.-David Kirk joins as product mgr. for the new shear blender and powder mixer lines. He has six years of sanitary processing experience in the U.S. and Europe and holds a mechanical engineering higher technical certificate from Coventry Technical College, UK.

Chr. Hansen, Milwaukee-John Brown promoted to join the global business development team for human health and nutrition as global marketing mgr. Brown has many years of knowledge and expertise within the pharmaceutical industry, and most recently was the v.p. of sales for human health and nutrition for Chr. Hansen in North America. Also, Margot Connor is promoted to v.p. of sales for human health and nutrition for Chr. Hansen, and will be responsible for directing the overall development of the sales activities for these products in North America. Connor most recently was director of sales for human health and nutrition for Chr. Hansen, and has extensive sales experience especially in strategic account and territory management, differentiated selling and high level customer interaction.

Linda Sweek joins as manager, communications and PR, and will develop and implement public relations, advertising and promotional programs, as well as manage all communication activities for the company in North America. Her responsibilities will include strategic planning, managing publication advertisements in support of all product lines, and building and strengthening relationships with the media. Sweek most recently worked as a marketing and communications consultant, with prior experience at USCS Equipment Technology Solutions as marketing mgr.

Robertet Flavors Inc., Piscataway, N.J.-Gary Link promoted to senior key account executive. He has been with Robertet for nine years. Dianna Furey promoted to group leader of the flavor applications laboratory. She has been with Robertet since 1992. Laurie Angley promoted to group leader of the flavor department. She has been with Robertet since 1994. Sharon Rubin promoted to flavorist. She joined Robertet in 2000.

Schokinag Chocolate NA, Bakersfield, Calif.-Karen White appointed v.p. of sales, chocolate and cocoa ingredients. She previously served as in a similar position at the Thompson Candy Co., Barry Callebaut Canada. She has more than a decade of sales and marketing expertise in chocolate.
