He most recently served as plant mgr. for Bic Graphic Europe, S.A. a customized lighters and stationary products producer, in Tarragona, Spain. Also, Carol Rod has been named plant mgr. for the company's Bellwood Printing plant located in Richmond, Va. She joined Bellwood Printing in 1987 as a color computer analyst. David P. Dumbleton joins as technical director, responsible for leading the technical developing of new packaging solutions. He will be based in Richmond, Va. He joined Alcoa as technical director in its Alcoa Flexible Packaging business in October 2004. He has more than 30 years experience working in the packaging industry. His most recent position was with Wausaau-Mosinee Paper Company, located in Rhinelander, Wis.
