OAK BROOK, Ill.-McDonald's Corp. plans to expand its menu's snacks offerings by launching a fresh-fruit item and cinnamon rolls. A trade press report last month indicated the new items would be added to McDonald's recent introductions of a chicken strip wrap and a fruit and yogurt parfait. The wrap is an all-white-meat Premium Chicken Selects strip rolled in a flour tortilla with lettuce, cheese and a ranch dressing. A company spokesperson said new snacks would seek to improve efficiency during slower hours.
