Dean Foods Co. will sell its operations in Spain and Portugal to Portuguese dairy producer Lactogal Productos Alimentares. The Dallas-based group expects the sale of the Lecehe Celta dairy production and distribution network to be completed by the end of the year, subject to Portuguese regulatory approvals.
