Perry's Ice Cream, Akron, N.Y.--Robert Carlson and Sean Mullen appointed new market development managers. Carlson most recently served as regional sales mgr. for Ben & Jerry's. He has held similare positions with Mrs. Smith Bakerieis Inc. and Friendly's ice Cream. Mullen has more than 10 years experience in the food industry, having most recently served as a regional mgr. for Ben & Jerry's.
