CoolBrands International Inc. and its subsidiary, Integrated Brands, Inc., have acquired a majority interest in Americana Foods LP, Dallas. Americana is a frozen dessert manufacturing facility that currently supplies a wide variety of soft-serve mixes, packaged ice cream and other frozen dessert products to well- known national retailers.
