A new automatic case erector that automatically erects and tape seals oversized corrugated boxes is being offered by A-B-C Packaging Machine Corp. The model 340 case erector runs cases with blank sizes of up to 45 by 42 inches, giving the machine a case range 20% greater than other machines on the market. The 340 is also very compact, making it easy to fit in most plant layouts. It has a low-level case magazine that minimizes lifting, and cases may be added to the magazine at any time. The model 340 runs up to 35 cases a minute.
