Sorrento Lactalis, Buffalo, N.Y., has created a fellowship at the School of Hospitality at San Diego State University. Also, as part of its sponsorship of the UNICO national convention last month in San Antonio, Texas, Sorrento Lactalis, provided funding to the School of Hospitality at San Diego State University, to allow students at the school to attend the country's leading food and wine trade shows.
