The Dairy Foods 2013 Plant of the Year is...
Readers of Dairy Foods and their votes on dairyfoods.com selected Bel Brands' cheese facility in Little Chute, Wis., as the 2013 Dairy Foods Plant of the Year. The plant, which earned the Foundation for Food Safety Certification 22000, will be the subject of a feature story in the August issue. Executives from the plant will present a seminar about best practices in dairy processing at the International Dairy Show on Nov. 5 and they will accept the award at a ceremony on Nov. 6.
