With the exception of unexpected rainy and dreary weather in Arizona throughout, the International Dairy Foods Association’s (IDFA) Dairy Forum at the JW Marriott in Phoenix was an incredible event.
IDFA Foundation teamed with retailers and processors to donate more than 33,000 pounds of nutritious milk and dairy foods as well as $15,000 in financial contributions.
Award presentation took place during last month’s IDFA Dairy Forum in Orlando. Tillamook was honored for its rich history, 50% retail sales growth and sustainability plan. Kudos to CEO Patrick Criteser and his amazing team!
The award, now in its seventh year, honors an individual, group or organization for demonstrating outstanding leadership directed at enhancing food safety within the dairy products industry.
Themed ‘New. Now. Next.’, the event will take place Jan. 23-26 in Palm Desert, Calif.

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) said Dairy Forum will be back “live and in person” in 2022 and that registration for the event opens July 28.
IDFA presented the award to the company on Jan. 26 during Dairy Forum.
