Arthur Schuman Inc. has changed its name to Schuman Cheese. At the Summer Fancy Food Show, Schuman will introduce its new brand, Yellow Door Creamery.

In January, the Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) signed a five-year sponsorship deal with the United States Olympic Committee. The agreement allows MilkPEP members to use the Olympic rings on packages and promotional material for white milk.

At today’s Annual Dairy Outlook Conference, analyst Robert Chesler said China has the “luxury” of using its domestic milk supply or dumping it and buying imports if that is more advantageous.
