Company states Danone proposal "substantially undervalues Lifeway."

Designed to serve K-12 schools throughout the state of California, Rumiano’s new program is already underway serving 10 school districts and impacting over 50,000 students daily. 

On Sept. 23, Danone offered to pay some $283 million — $25 per share — to purchase the 76.6% of Lifeway Foods it does not already own.

 Jai Kibe will lead the marketing and creative teams for the Chobani and La Colombe brands. 

The investment will allow it to significantly increase the volume of Président Feta cheese produced in the United States.

This acquisition includes the ownership of Old Croc Australian cheddar, and exclusive U.S. distribution rights for renowned Organic Herd British cheddar brands produced by the Organic Milk Suppliers Co-operative.

Designed for individuals who are incorporating GLP-1 medications into their routines, the new menu is intended to empower guests with great tasting, nutritional choices that complement their unique needs.

Through the partnership, the Darigold brand will be available in Meijer locations throughout the Midwest, including Darigold FIT Whole milk, 2%, and Chocolate.

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, all proceeds from participating Handel's locations in Gastonia, Steele Creek, Cornelius, and Indian Land, N.C., will be donated to help those in need following the hurricane.
