IDFA’s Executive Council is composed of executives from across the dairy foods industry and focuses on the business and operations of the association. The five Industry Segment Boards represent fluid milk, ice cream, cheese, yogurt and cultured products, and dairy-derived ingredients, and are composed of experts and executives who drive policy and strategy alongside the association’s leadership.
The 10,000-square-foot expansion will provide the capability to produce AMF in drums, totes and eventually pails to serve industrial and food service customers.

The ownership of Valley Milk LLC announced their intention to begin producing Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) at the facility in 2024.

Feeding Pennsylvania and their nine-member food banks solicited sponsors to kick-start the 2023 campaign, raising a record of over $201,000. Funds will be used to purchase fresh milk at a reduced price from their local dairy processors.
The grants are the first in the $1.8 million DBII award from the USDA.

The American Dairy Products Institute was established under its current name on April 17, 1986, through a merger of the American Dry Milk Institute, founded in 1925, and the Whey Protein Institute, founded in 1971.
Coming to the Kentucky in late 2023, the destination includes a Braxton Taproom, Dewey’s Pizzeria, and Graeter’s Scoop Shop centered around a 20,000-square-foot greenspace and beer garden.
