New York-based mochi ice cream company Mochidoki said founder and CEO Ken Gordon is stepping down from his role as CEO, remaining on as chairman. Claudio LoCascio is the company’s new CEO and president.

The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) recognized the remarkable leadership of Ed Mullins, senior executive officer of Edwardsville, Ill.-based Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., and Dan Zagzebski, president and CEO of Hiram, Ohio-headquartered Great Lakes Cheese Company Inc., by honoring each with the IDFA Laureate Award during the association’s annual Dairy Forum.
U.S. Marine Jason Mackinnon won the grand prize of a kitchen stand mixer and a year’s worth of Good Culture products.
