D.D. Williamson (DDW), Louisville, Ky., said today it has acquired the food coloring product line and related processing equipment from Danisco USA Inc. 

The International Dairy Foods Association recognized six companies in its second annual Innovations Awards program held at the International Dairy Show in Chicago in November.

Cincinnati-based Pro Mach Inc. acquired the assets of Tekkra Systems. Tate & Lyle received the Beverage Innovation of the Year award  at the Food Ingredients Europe Excellence Awards 2013 in Frankfurt, Germany.

 Tara Dairy, the third-largest dairy brand in Israel, and its partner Müller have chosen a form-fill-seal (FFS) line by Arcil to increase the manufacturing capacity for yogurt and desserts in the new factory in Netivot, Israel.
