the launch of Integrated Dairy Ingredients (IDI), a venture set to streamline the dairy ingredients market.
The company has been creating EXBERRY colors from fruit, vegetables, and plants since its foundation in 1978. It is now expanding into fermentation for the first time to increase innovation and sustainability in its plant-based solutions.
Key to this breakthrough innovation is the controlled aggregation of milk proteins, where the size and texture of milk fat is mimicked by protein, the company says.
