As the coronavirus, or COVID-19, continues to spread, the Novi, Mich.-based Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) said it remains steadfast in its mission to market members’ milk to the greatest advantage possible while taking actions to protect the health and safety of its communities.
DFA agreed to pay a base purchase price of $425 million — as well as to assume various liabilities, subject to certain adjustments — to acquire 44 of Dean’s facilities and associated direct-store-delivery system, and certain corporate and other assets and functions.
