Pack Expo International, hosted by PMMI, Reston, Va., takes place Nov. 6-9, in Chicago at McCormick Place. The four-day event is expecting more than 45,000 attendees and will feature around 2,000 exhibitors, with 1.1 million net square feet of exhibit space (combined) for Pack Expo and Pharma Expo, which it’s once again co-locating with.

The Food Safety Summit is a solutions-based conference and expo designed to meet the educational and informational needs of the food industry including processors, retailers, distributors and foodservice operators. The annual event, in its 18th year, takes place May 10 through 12, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

The International Cheese Technology Expo runs from Apr. 12 to 14 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.

The Pack Expo show heads back to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sept. 28 – 30, bringing processors an up-close look at the latest packaging trends and technology.

InterBev Process, which focuses on beverage production, packaging and distribution, comes to Chicago alongside the Dairy Show and Process Expo.

The Process Expo once again pairs up with the International Dairy Show in Chicago at McCormick Place Sept. 15-18, with the addition of another co-locator InterBev Process.
