Dairy Foods presented the Tom Camerlo Exporter of the Year award to Glanbia USA at the annual membership meeting of the U.S. Dairy Export Council in Washington, D.C.
The award is presented to the dairy co-op "in recognition for all it has done to support and promote the dairy industry throughout New York State, and across the nation."

Agri-Mark will receive the New York Dairy of Distinction 2012 'Business of Distinction' award at a special ceremony on Aug. 27 at the New York State Fair in Syracuse, NY.

Privately owned Brothers International Desserts Inc., Irvine, Calif., this week said it acquired the Organic Rice Divine line of frozen desserts from Good Karma Food Technologies Inc., Prairie du Sac, Wis.
PepsiCo marks the start of a state-of-the-art yogurt facility today that is expected to create more than 180 jobs in upstate New York.
