Turkey Hill Dairy, Conestoga, Pa., said today that John Cox has been named president. He was executive vice president for the past 14 years and had been serving as the interim president since August 2013. Former president Quintin Frey retired earlier this year after 33 years of service.
The changes will align the executive team around three key operational areas – Commercial, Operations and Logistics – and will be led by current incumbents.

Lou Gentine, Chairman and CEO of Sargento Foods Inc., announced Monday that he will retire as Chief Executive Officer at the end of the year and that the Board of Directors has approved the promotion of Louie Gentine to CEO.

Federal Manufacturing, Milwaukee, a supplier of dairy filling equipment, said Otis Cobb, president and a principal of the company retired on May 31.
Cobb credits the durability and simple design of Federal’s filling machines with the company’s success – machines the dairy industry can depend upon.
“We have machines that are 50 years old that are still running, still being used every day,” Cobb said.
