Evergreen Packaging Equipment
Evergreen Packaging Equipment will feature the new EQ-70 gable top packaging machine designed for liquid food markets. ELL® (Extended Long Life) components include a self-contained CIP/SIP system, environmental control features, carton decontamination and a hermetic filling system to maintain product quality. With fill volumes of 6 to 32 oz (180ml to 1.15L), the EQ-70 fills quarts/liters up to 7,000 cph (117 cpm) and fractionals up to 9,000 cph (150 cpm) with a three-stage top down fill system. Servo driven technology provides repeatable package performance. Infinite fill adjustments provide less down time with quick changes to fill volume and carton height. The EQ-70 has easy access and is simple to operate and maintain. An optional SPOUT-PAK® System is available to enhance consumer convenience and preserve product freshness.
