The vanilla base used in the vanilla variety is sweetened with fructose and sucrose, which keeps calories low and sweetness high. The yogurts are sold in four-packs of 4-ounce cups, with each cup containing a mere 60 calories, which the company says is 45% fewer calories than regular low-fat yogurt. The product is made with Active Boost, a proprietary blend of live active cultures and natural fiber that when eaten regularly, helps regulate the digestive system and enhances the immune system, according to the company.
