Gary Schoeller, business development manager for Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions, will present Membrane Filtration and General Dairy Applications on June 13 from 10:35 a.m. to 11:05 a.m. during the Membrane Technology Forum, taking place at The Marriott City Center in Minneapolis.
Gary Schoeller has been in the membrane filtration industry for 20-plus years. He is a chemical engineer with a background in process and automation. He has developed numerous innovative solutions for membrane processes, equipment design, and customer product development. Gary is considered as one of the most well respected membrane engineers in the world. He is currently the business development manager for Filtration Solutions at Tetra Pak.
Regarding the speech: From milk powders, protein isolates, lactoferrin, to cream cheese…membrane filtration is a core technology for producing all these dairy products. Getting back to the basics, this presentation will cover the full range of possibilities and applications in the dairy industry with membrane filtration. We will define product limits, processes, and key things to consider when using membrane filtration to produce a variety of dairy products.
