Guerster is Founder of MontBlancAI, a software solution provider of advanced analytics and monitoring for production machines. He has extensive background in applying Artificial Intelligent algorithm to real world problems. He worked as a Software Engineering Manager for 2 years and received a PhD from MIT. He also has a MSc degree (2017) with high distinction and a BSc degree (2015) from the Technical University of Munich.
