Paul Schacht
Manager of Innovation Deployment, Ecolab
Paul Schacht is Manager of Innovation Deployment at Ecolab working across R&D, Marketing, and the Field Support Teams who focus on developing and introducing innovative membrane cleaning programs. Duties also include membrane troubleshooting, customer and OEM support, and membrane training. Paul graduated from the U of MN B.S. degree in Chemistry. He has been employed at Ecolab for 22 years as a scientist in the product development and now manages the Ultrasil™ membrane program. Paul is an inventor of 16 granted U.S. patents as well as several foreign patents and applications for many of these innovations.
