"Dairy: Good for you. Good for the planet." is the theme of the 56th annual Butter Sculpture at the New York State Fair, Syracuse. This year's butter sculpture, sponsored by Wegmans, highlights one of the many ways dairy farmers protect the planet while producing nutritious milk.

Congratulations to Gary Gosda, far right, from Lake Country Dairy/Schuman Cheese in Turtle Lake, Wis., who received the prestigious title of Grand Master Cheesemaker for Cello Maple Mascarpone at the Wisconsin State Fair held August 1-11 at Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wis.
Both Sonali Raghunath and Pratishtha Verma are active committee members of IFT’s Dairy Foods Division, with Verma leading the resource library and dairy food magazine teams and Raghunath managing its social media presence.
