Nevertheless, the company, founded in 2005 by current CEO Hamdi Ulukaya, who immigrated to the United States from Turkey about a decade earlier, has racked up a remarkable number of accomplishments.
The use of aseptic packaging by dairy processors is on the rise as operators seek newer solutions for enhancing food safety while reducing waste and operating expenses.
The aseptic packaging market is picking up steam. Sector sales for the dairy industry will reach $24.6 billion globally by 2024, up from $14 billion in 2017, projects Transparency Market Research, an Albany, N.Y.-based market intelligence firm.
The strategic partnership aims to add value for all show participants.

With the 2020 publication of two new hygienic design benchmarking requirements, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) paves the way to incorporate hygienic design in food safety management programs, according to 3-A Sanitary Standards Inc. (3-A SSI) and the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG).

And dairy companies, many of which have already existed for over a century, might know a thing or two about that.
It is a transformative time for heat exchangers.
