Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) said it plans to discontinue operations at its Nashville, Tenn., Country Delite Farms manufacturing facility in February 2022.
If passed by the Senate and signed into law, the legislation would help alleviate delays and disruptions at U.S. ports.
