Blue Bell introduces Confetti Cake ice cream flavor
The product is available for only a limited time.
Blue Bell, Brenham, Texas, said its newest ice cream flavor — Confetti Cake — is now available in stores.
Blue Bell Confetti Cake is cake batter ice cream combined with tasty confetti cake pieces and multi-colored sprinkles, all surrounded by a blue icing swirl.
“We have combined two party favorites, cake and ice cream, to create a flavor that is as colorful as it is delicious,” said Carl Breed, corporate sales manager for Blue Bell. “And, it tastes exactly like a cake. Confetti Cake is light and has the perfect amount of sweetness.”
According to Blue Bell, Confetti Cake is available in a half-gallon size, but for only a limited time.
“Our Confetti Cake cartons will be hard to miss at your local store,” Breed added. “The background is a blue icing covered in confetti sprinkles. Our employees were the first to see the design and it was an instant hit.”
Blue Bell said its other cake-inspired ice cream flavors that are now in stores include Cookie Cake and Red Velvet Cake. Cookie Cake is a sweet cream ice cream loaded with chocolate chip cookie cake pieces and swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. Red Velvet Cake is a red velvet cake ice cream with pieces of red velvet cake and a cream cheese icing swirl. Both flavors are sold in pint and half-gallon sizes.
