Saputo debuts rubbed cheese wedges

Saputo Cheese USA Inc., Lincolnshire, Ill., launched Stella Fontinella rubbed wedges in four flavors: Basil Pesto, Harissa, Bourbonista and Black Pepper. Each flavor is rubbed onto Saputo’s own Fontinella cheese, which is known for its delicately smooth and creamy taste with just a hint of sharpness, the company said. The cheeses are available in 6-ounce wedges at select retailers nationwide and have a suggested retail price of $5.99.
