Dean Foods launches DairyPure cottage cheese Mix-ins

Dallas-based Dean Foods aims to help cottage cheese gain back some market share with the launch of DairyPure Mix-ins, a new line of cottage cheese with various mix-ins, sold in single-serve containers.

The cottage cheese cups are available with fruit and nut toppings that can be mixed into the cottage cheese. Varieties are: pineapple, blueberry, strawberry and almonds, and peach and pecans. The strawberry and almonds variety contains 210 calories, 9 grams of fat, 11 grams of sugar and 17 grams of protein per 5.3-ounce serving.

The suggested retail price is $1.59 per cup. The cultured dairy product is available in various stores regionally across the country (including New York, San Diego, Minnesota, Baltimore and Boston).
