BelGioioso Cheese creates all-natural cheeses in 4-ounce cups

BelGioioso Cheese, Green Bay, Wis., introduced a collection of all-natural cheese in 4-ounce cups. The cups are available in these varieties: grated, shredded and shaved Parmesan; a four-cheese blend of Asiago, Fontina, Parmesan and mild provolone; and a three-cheese shaved salad blend of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano. The cups contain only grated, shredded or shaved cheeses, no additives, fillers or preservatives, according to the company. The cheese is made with three ingredients — milk, enzymes  and salt. The cups are available nationwide for the suggested retail price of $2.50.
