Westby Cooperative Creamery adds four organic cultured products

Westby Cooperative Creamery, Westby, Wis., introduced the Westby Organic brand with four products: 4% and 2% small curd cottage cheese in 16-ounce containers, and sour cream and French onion dip in 12-ounce containers. These products are Grade-A, non-GMO and certified organic by the Midwest Organic Services Association, according to USDA organic standards. They are available for sales and distribution in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
