Velvet Ice Cream’s Free Cone Day is April 16

Velvet Ice Cream, Utica, Ohio, is celebrating the opening of its Ye Olde Mill for the season with a Free Cone Day on April 16.

Customers can enjoy a free single dip sugar or cake cone from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 16, only.

The company said the Ye Olde Mill will open for ice cream only.
