Joan of Arc releases shredded goat’s milk Cheddar cheese

Joan of Arc released a shredded goat’s milk Cheddar cheese last summer. The cheese is said to be mild and creamy and is sold in 6-ounce bags for a suggested retail price of $5.99 to $7.99. The goat cheese is available nationwide at Whole Foods Markets and at ShopRite in the Mid-Atlantic region. Joan of Arc is part of the Saputo Cheese USA Inc., Lincolnshire, Ill., family of brands.
