Wonderware's quality management, statistical process control for shop floor operations

Wonderware MES/Quality helps dairy processors reduce the cost and increase the efficiency and accuracy of capturing quality information on the shop floor. The software generates and executes quality sample plans for the current work order and related product quality specifications, and triggers sample collection based on production time or production count tracking. The system is designed to support at-line or off-line quality sample data entry as well as in-line sample data collection from automated equipment.
