Chester-Jensen's new Cooker-Cooler batch mixing processor

The Model 70N Cooker-Cooler is the batch mixing processor designed to cook, cool and blend food products all in the same vessel.  This unit is made of polished stainless steel and offers a maximum ratio of heat exchange surface to volume for extremely thorough product cooking and cooling.  It features a dual agitation configuration, with a fully insulated heat exchange jacket on the entire cone bottom.  Sizes are available up to 1,000 gallons.  Typical dairy products handled include pudding and cheese sauce.
