Perten’s DA 7250 is an NIR diode array-based instrument that test samples for multi-components in seconds. With one instrument, processors can test dairy powders, liquid samples and finished cheeses for moisture, fat, protein and more. It employs a large spot-size, even larger analysis area, averages many sub-samples, and uses high-energy throughput diode-array optics to ensure accurate and representative analysis of heterogeneous samples. Functional properties of cheese and ingredients are analyzed using the Rapid Visco Analyser and the TVT Texture Analyzer.
