Yasso creates first Greek frozen yogurt bars

Boston-based Yasso frozen Greek yogurt, owned by Apollo Food Group LLC., created what’s said to be the first frozen Greek yogurt bars. They are available in three flavors — strawberry, blueberry and raspberry. Yasso says it was the first to bring a frozen Greek yogurt product to the U.S. market; a product that continues to gain in popularity. 

The frozen bars are said to be all natural, fat-free, gluten-free and are made without high fructose corn syrup. The bars are made with rBST-free milk, labeled as Kosher certified and contain live active cultures. Each bar contains 70 calories and 6 grams of protein. They are sold in 4-packs and available in supermarkets across the United States. 

Yasso has also recently introduced smoothies into their frozen yogurt products which are available in strawberry banana, mango pineapple and mixed berry. Learn more about the Yasso smoothies here.
